    How do I care for my jewelry?

    It’s pretty easy, and will make sure your jewelry serves you a lifetime. We have some tips on this here.

    I am sensitive to metals, will my skin react to your jewelry?

    Gold is a very soft metal, and if jewelry was made from pure gold, it wouldn’t hold it’s shape. That is why other metals are added in - they help give gold many other wonderful properties.

    For example, white gold consists of gold (which is naturally yellow) mixed with certain white metals that allow it to have white color. Same goes for rose gold, and even yellow gold itself - it contains other metals that help it be stronger.

    And by using different combinations of metals, jewellers are able to achieve incredible diversity in materials - different proportions in the alloy give gold a completely new look.

    And if you are one of the small percentage of people who have skin reactions to metals, you just have to try and see if the particular alloy of gold will react with your skin. Because different jewellers use different mixes, you might have a reaction to one bracelet, but wear another one whole day long.

    We understand that it is a tricky position to be in, so if you have a reaction to our jewelry - contact us immediately and we will take it back for a full refund.


    How long does shipping take and how much it cost?

    Shipping is free inside US. Most of the orders are shipped in 24 business hours. It will take from two to six business days for it to arrive to your doorstep, depending on your location.

    If you are in a rush, you can choose USPS Priority Mail (takes two to three business days and costs $7.99), Express Shipping (takes one or two business days and costs $19.99) or our fastest shipping option, FedEx Overnight (next business day delivery, $34.00).

    If I am in New York, can I come to your office and pick up my purchase instead?

    Unfortunately no - our office in New York is not equipped to accept customers, so you will have to have your purchase shipped.

    There are some good news though - even if you order with our Free Shipping, chances are high that your purchase will arrive even faster than usual.

    Can I track my package?

    Definitely! Once we ship the item, you will receive email with a tracking number. You can track through the USPS or FedEx website. If you did not receive email with tracking number in 48 business hours (and it’s not in your spam folder), contact us immediately and we will sort things out.

    Do I need to sign for the delivery?

    For orders above $200, we require signature confirmation, it is a necessary precaution. Because your purchase is valuable, we want to make sure it does not end up in someone else’s hands.

    How is my order packaged?

    Outside, your order is securely packaged in either non-descript packaging, or carrier-branded packaging. Inside, most of the orders come with a pretty gift box that perfectly matches your order.

    Almost every piece will be individually wrapped in a special anti-tarnish paper, which protects your purchase during shipping from physical damage, as well as humidity.

    Can I choose to expedite shipping?

    Yes! USPS Express Shipping or FedEx overnight are available during the checkout.

    How will I know when my order ships?

    We will send you a confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number. Usually, most orders are shipped on next business day.

    My package was lost, what do I do?

    Oh no! Contact us, we will replace your order free of charge. For international orders, please contact your post office, as packages might take significant time clearing customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace lost international orders.

    International Taxes & Duties

    Different import duty amounts apply in different countries, and there is no way for us to know those beforehand. As such, those are responsibility of the recipient, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with your country’s import fees before placing an order.


    All US orders made on receive a free prepaid return shipping label - please contact us to receive it.

    How long do I have to return my purchase?

    You have 30 days since the moment of the delivery to return your purchase. Please note that items must be returned in unworn condition with original gift box.

    What if I changed my mind about my purchase?

    Totally fine! Use included prepaid return shipping label to return your purchase to us within 30 days after delivery. Once we receive the return, we will issue full refund.

    Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in their original packaging - that includes gift box and tags. Returned jewelry cannot show signs of wear or alteration.

    Jewelry must be returned in a padded envelope or a box. Sending jewelry in a paper envelope is very likely to cause serious damage, so please avoid doing so at all costs. You can reuse original packaging that you received from us, but be sure to remove all shipment labels first.

    Because your purchase is valuable, please insure the shipment to safeguard against loss or damage.

    What if there was a mistake with my order?

    Our bad! We will do our best to make things right. Please contact us immediately and let us know what happened.

    I ordered wrong size, what do I do?

    You can exchange your purchase for a right size. Contact us and let us know what you want to exchange your purchase for.

    How will I be refunded?

    You will be refunded the same way you paid for your order. Refunds will typically be processed the next business day after your return shipment reaches us.


    We offer a warranty for all of our jewelry with a value over $200. During the warranty period, we will replace or repair your jewelry free of charge. Please ship the jewelry to us (you pay shipping to us, we cover shipping back). Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, stretching and loss(including loss of parts) are NOT covered by our warranty.

    Warranty Period:
    below $199 - 30 days after delivery
    $200-$399 - 90 days after delivery
    $400-$999 - 180 days after delivery
    over $1000 - 1 year after delivery


    We will gladly repair or clean any jewelry purchased from us. If your jewelry is no longer covered under the warranty, the cost of repair/cleaning is usually $20-$60, but cost may differ depending on the type of repair required. If you are interested in having your jewelry repaired/cleaned, please contact us for an estimate.
